Since 1975, LOMEC INGRANAGGI has been a benchmark in the mass production of cylindrical gears and synchronisers, intended for the automotive, gear reducer and hydraulics sectors.
With a 12,000 sqm facility (6,500 sqm covered) located in the industrial area of Valsamoggia (BO), the company combines advanced technologies and a strategic location to ensure efficiency, quality and innovation.

Production and quality control
Thanks to its internal resources and the coordination of a vast supply chain, Lomec Ingranaggi achieves a production volume of approximately 10,000 gears per day, equal to 75% of the company’s capacity.
To ensure consistent precision and quality, we have enhanced our in-line testing equipment by integrating advanced IT technologies and implementing statistical control stations at key points in the manufacturing process.
